The holiday home "Villa Carina" is located in a very quiet area, in the coastal forest of the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, only 150 meters from the beautiful white sandy beach. The house was built in 2010 and contains six apartments.
The very nice cozy three-room studio apartment, with two bedrooms, is about 60 square meters. This apartment is located on the upper floor (1st floor) of Villa Carina. Only 150 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment is very high quality and comfortably furnished. A large balcony belongs to the apartment.
The studio apartment with an openly divided master bedroom is about 60 square meters. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room. It is ideal for four people. You will feel very comfortable here. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a shower room and a cozy kitchen. The living room is equipped with a huge terrace window.
The large living room with comfortable seating, with couch and armchair, is perfect for cozy evenings. A large TV and a music system are of course also available. From the living room you can go to the huge balcony and look into the green, or make yourself comfortable there on nice days. Street noise is not to be feared there. The kitchen is optically separated from the living room with a small partition from the living room. This creates a nice feeling of space. in the kitchen there is also a seating set with a large dining table. You also feel very comfortable there. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary utensils.
The master bedroom, with a large double bed, is spacious. The bedroom is separated from the living room. The second bedroom with its two single beds can be reached via the hall.
On the spacious property there is a parking space and storage facilities for bicycles. The property is largely natural. The entire property is available to residents for individual use.
A communal washing machine is available.
