3-room apartment on the ground floor
Our bright and friendly 3-room apartments on the ground floor (60 m²) offer space for max. 4 people and have a sun terrace. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and additional radiators. The kitchens are equipped with a 4-burner electric cooker (ceramic hob) and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The bedrooms have a box-spring double bed and blackout curtains. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, towel radiator and hairdryer. Shared washing machine and dryer are available for you in the small utility house next door.

Für einen Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee geeigner
Check-in komplikationslos. Die Wohnung war bei Anreise sauber. Guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin schon vor der Anreise. Vermieterin war bei Problemen per Mail erreichbar und hat eine schnelle Lösung herbei geführt (bei uns funktionierte das WLAN nach einem Blitzeinschlag nicht - wurde am nächsten Tag repariert).
Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Schlafzimmer fehlten einige Bilder an den Wänden - es waren nur noch die Schrauben/Nägel da. Kein Mücken-/Fliegenschutz in den Fenstern. Viele Teile des Geschirrs waren angeschlagen.
Die Außenanlage war nicht besonders gepflegt. Rasenschnitt wurde nach dem letzten Mähen in einer Ecke liegen gelassen. Heckenschnitt ebenso.
Leider mussten wir auf der Wiese parken, da alle Parkplätze für Haus 5 belegt waren. Hier wäre es vllt. besser, die Parkplätze der Nr. des Appartements zuzuweisen.
Ansonsten aber okay.

Schöner Ostseeurlaub auf Rügen in Baabe
Schön gelegene Wohnung in Baabe im Mönchgut auf Rügen. Von dort lassen sich sehr schöne Ausflüge per Rad oder Bimmelbahn oder dem rasenden Roland unternehmen. Der Strand von Baabe ist auch sehr lang. Tolle Fischer Restaurants in kürzester Entfernung runden das Angebot ab. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Nur das langsame Internet hat unseren 14 jährigen Sohn anfangs etwas verärgert.
