"Whirlwind 227". In our comfortable beach house you can switch off from everyday life and spend exciting holidays. Lie in the sun in good weather and jump into the refreshing Baltic Sea to cool off or enjoy the comforting warmth of the crackling fireplace on a freezing cold winter's day. Especially because of the whirlpool, the fireplace and the sauna, it is an idyll in every season. Wake up to the sound of the sea and enjoy the sunset from the dune on your doorstep.

Cost of electricity: 0,35 EUR per kWh Cost of water: 6, 50 EUR per cubic meter (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax is payable locally at the spa.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.

Das Objekt hat eine tolle Lage direkt im Küstenwald hinter den Dünen. Der PKW Stellplatz liegt direkt neben der Terrasse des Hauses. Das macht das Aus- und Einladen bei der An- und Abreise sowie nach dem Einkaufen sehr leicht. 1Eine Minute Fußweg zum Strand und in die andere Richtung geht man direkt in den Schönen Küstenwald. Wir haben die Ruhe der Nebensaison genossen. Die Sauna, der Kamin, der Whirlpool und die Fußbodenheizung sorgen für einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt. Auch wenn man bei schlechtem Wetter im Haus bleiben muss. Alles in allem sind wir zufrieden und überlegen schon, wann wir das nächste Mal nach Baabe kommen.

Ferienhaus.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl dort noch Lebensmittel und andere Verbrauchsmittel vorhanden waren, haben wir natürlich unsere eigenen verbraucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Lage

Hatten wunderschöne Tage in Baabe. Die Lage ist top! Nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, der angenehm ruhig ist. Und der idylische Kiefernwald lädt zu langen Sparziergängen ein.

Zusammengefasst

Vorneweg: wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, aber das Ferienhaus würden wir nie wieder buchen und auch nicht empfehlen. Der Urlaub? Schönes Wetter, Nähe zum Strand, guter Ausgangspunkt für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus? Wie schon vom Vormieter beschrieben jede Menge bauliche Mängel und Abnutzungserscheinungen: quietschende Türschlösser, klemmende Türen ohne Dichtungen, ungewohnt schließendes bzw. öffnendes Badfenster, Dusche im Obergeschoss nur für Kinder geeignet... Dazu kommen solche, für uns ungewohnte, weil so noch nie erlebte, Umstände wie das Nichtvorhandensein von Verbrauchsmitteln (z.B. Kaffeefiltertüten, Würfelzucker, Teebeutel, Müllersatztüten...). Immerhin hatte der Salzstreuer einen bedeckten Boden, Pfeffer fehlte auch ganz. In Zeiten wie diesen gab an keinem Waschbecken Seife, wir haben dann 2x Flüssigseife von uns dort gelassen. Wir wissen, dass man das nicht alles erwarten kann, aber für uns ist es immer ein Stück Willkommen für das wir auch gerne zurückgeben. Stattdessen Abrechnung der Verbrauchskosten (wir haben ohne Nutzung von Sauna oder Whirlpool so viel bezahlt wie zu Hause in einem Monat). Zusätzlich angedrohte Gebühren für z.B. nicht wieder wie vorgefundene Anordnung der Sitzmöbel (>20 EUR), nicht korrekt gereinigter Kamin (>20 EUR) usw. sind uns bisher auch noch nie vorgekommen. Die Aussage von einem entspannten Urlaub abseits vieler Menschen können wir nicht nachvollziehen: das Haus steht in einem Ferienpark in unmittelbarer Nähe von vielen anderen Ferienhäusern, entsprechende Geräuschkulisse früh beginnend. Noch mal zusammengefasst: zwei Sterne für Wetter und Strandnähe, mehr geht bei dem Preis leider nicht.
