Things were either great or terrible. It appears the host is still updating the space for the rental. No communication with humans - it was all AI. No human ever reached out even when requested. Great: TVs - Samsung flat screens in the living room and bedroom. Great quality images. Bed - the bed was huge and ultra comfortable.Certain Furniture- The dining table and study areas were well designed, modern furniture. Bathrooms- there are two of them with walk in showers. New and modern. Average:Views- The listing highlights its lagoon views but most of what you see is the street in front and the highway in the horizon. This is because the apartment is on a low floor. You need to look for the lagoon to see it behind the highway. Poor:Dirty walls - It appears this was previously a standard rental. The walls are still dirty due to long term use, there are pen markings on the walls as if made by a toddler, there are dirty hand stains on the walls and the air conditioner has both hand and black mold-like stains. A pink substance was trickling down from behind the TV, found out it was a lollipop stuck behind the TV. Reported it, the AI said it will forward to a human. Never heard back. Also found a book hanging back there. Cooking & Utensils: utensils required prewash. There were food stains on the utensils and the teaspoons are old and have black stains on the handles. The utensil holder was dusty and had small hairs on it. Did not cook- lost faith in the utensils.
