The detached holiday home, built in 1890 and renovated in 2018, is luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a holiday home estate. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the forests and its quiet, sunny and secluded location on the edge of the forest and by the water. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and campfire area. Outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, 2x barbecue, 1x barbecue table, smokehouse, 3 babies can be accommodated beyond capacity.

Heřmanice, 380 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Half of the house with separate entrance. small pond, children's playground, illuminated pergola. The property is located on the cycle path by the pond. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 50 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
