The apartment has a living space of 70 m², is located on the 4th Upper floor of an apartment building and is designed for 4 people.

The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with access to the balcony and a bathroom with a shower tub. The kitchen is fully equipped, including: ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee and Senseo machine, various kitchen machines: toaster, blender, egg cooker, waffle iron, raclette etc.
Bed linen, towels and an iron with ironing board are provided.

The equipment includes flat screen TV, stereo with CD, mp3, iPod docking station as well as DVD player and wireless internet access. A parking space for your car (max. Height 2.8m) is available on closed premises.


The apartment is located in the Cologne-Buchheim district and has excellent transport links to the motorway and federal roads as well as local public transport.

The next motorway junction is on the B8 at a distance of approx. 800m, whereby A3, A4 and A59 can be controlled directly. Tram and bus are within walking distance in 2 minutes, S-Bahn and regional trains in 6 minutes. Travel time to Cologne fair approx. 6 min. (3 train stations) to the city center approx. 15 min. With the S-Bahn to the city and the cathedral main station approx. 9 min.

There are numerous shops, restaurants, pubs and breweries in the immediate vicinity. Cologne has a lot to offer such as the cathedral, a lively old town and of course the carnival.

Great apartment for visiting the city

We had a fantastic 4 nights staying in this apartment. Really easy transport links into the city plus great running routes on the doorstep! Apartment well equipped and comfortable with free parking around the corner. Communication with this host is as excellent.

Weekend in Cologne

The property was very nice - clean, comfortable, and well-located, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around the city super easy. What really made the stay exceptional was Marion. She was extremely kind, generous, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone so welcoming and thoughtful. I will absolutely be staying at her place again the next time I’m in Cologne. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a convenient location

The apartment was really clean & extremely well equipped. Everything you could need is provided and Marion is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. It's in a convenient location to get into the city with the tram only a few minutes away. You will need a low emission green sticker for your car so either order in advance of your trip or visit the TUV office which is a 10 min walk away (will need car documents).

Lovely home base

Marion was quick, clear, and helpful with all communications. The apartment is only a couple of blocks from the S6 line (simple 10 minute walk) and half a block from the other train in the opposite direction. Bakery is 7 min walk and there are plenty of local restaurant's within the immediate area. Cathedral and central Koln Hfb are easily accesbible in approx 15 minutes. The apartment itself was lovely, modern, comfortable, well equipped and met our every need. We were very happy with our stay and particularily recommend for families of 4 (or even 5 if you have a baby as there is a popup crib available in Master bedroom). Thank you Marion !

Das Konzept (Essen und Getränke im Kühl- bzw. Gefrierschrank gegen geringe Bezahlung) ist durchdacht und man fühlt sich willkommen. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Nicht nur, dass die Wohnung schön und gemütlich eingerichtet ist, auch für das leibliche Wohl wirde gesorgt! Der Kühl- und Gefrierschrank ist mit allem gefüllt, was das Herz begehrt! Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super. Es war alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gegen eine geringe Bezahlung konnte man sich gekühlte Getränken und Süßigkeiten nehmen. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man zum Messegelände möchte. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung nicht so ansprechend und verkehrslaut. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir eine Veranstaltung auf dem Messegelände besuchen möchten.

2 Nächte in festem aber gutem Bett geschlafen. Ausstattung des Appartements sehr umfangreich - Wirklich ALLES vorhanden. Parklätze problemlos immer in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden. Sehr freundlich empfangen worden, regelmäßig Kontaktaufnahme durch Eignerin, fühlten uns sehr umsorgt.Gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Komplett mit allem ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin verlief problemlos. Gute U-Bahn Anbindung. Aber auch mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Ziel. Wenn wir wieder nach Köln kommen, versuchen wir, diese Ferienwohnung wieder zu mieten.
