WELCOME TO OLCHA HOUSE │ Hosted by Olcha Property Management
This home exudes mountain comfort. It is truly a home-away-from-home with upgraded finishes, features, furnishings and amenities throughout. The split-level design offers five spacious bedrooms, each with a full bath, and ample privacy. The upper level includes an open kitchen and dining area with access to both the living room and the private deck where our six-person hot-tub overlooks Main Street Park City. The layout is ideal for family gatherings and socializing with friends. The kitchen is equipped and well stocked including a spice/staples cupboard. Additional features include covered parking, outdoor ski locker, indoor boot dryer, gas fireplace, Bose sound system, cable tv, wifi, water softening system, whole house humidifier, baseboard heating, and air conditioning (a real treat in the summertime).

CAN'T BEAT OUR OLD TOWN LOCATION │ Olcha House is located on upper Woodside Avenue, one of the most desirable addresses in Park City's historic Old Town, with convenient access to the Town Lift, Main Street, and the free shuttle. Our ideal location meets everyone's needs and eliminates the logistic hassles. Staircases on either side of the house lead to the center of Main Street... great dining, entertainment, and shopping right at your doorstep. The Pedestrian/Ski Access Trail to the PCMR Town Lift is just steps away. If you choose to walk to the lift it's an easy 4-5 minute downhill walk. Intermediate skiers can ski-in for lunch or at day's end via the Town Runs (Quit'n Time and Creole) and download across the street from Olcha House. If you’d like to spend the day at Deer Valley the free shuttle is conveniently located at the end of our street. For those who want to venture out, Alta and Snowbird ski areas are just a 45 minute drive.

Terrific ski house
The Olchoa house was great for our recent visit to Park City. Easy access to the Town Lift and all that Park City has to offer. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The family room upstairs was a great place to hang out after a day on the slopes. The outdoor ski closet and boot drying closet were useful, and the hot tub was used daily. Our only small quibbles would be that the temperature in the lower level rooms was difficult to regulate, and those rooms got a bit chilly; and some of the rooms could use a bit more lighting. But overall, we'd recommend this place and would certainly stay there again.

Excellent rental -would stay there again.
Everything about the home was great-plenty of room and privacy with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect- very close to Main Street and an easy walk to the stairs to get to the ski trail down to the Town Lift. Also, very accessible to the free town bus. Prior to check-in we received helpful information on grocery and liquor stores as well as activities. We would definitely rent again.

Epic Mountain Vacation
The house is in a great location and perfectly appointed. Super clean and stocked so we could not only party and dine out but dine in too. Half of our clan of 8 doesn’t ski or snowboard but the shopping and dining was only a short walk away so they had plenty to do. The other half of us were impressed with and appreciated the ski in/ski out convenience right there. WOW! We rented an SUV but it’s not necessary because URBER black SUV transport is plentiful and took only minutes to arrive and shuttle us around when called. We have particularly high standards and seek out the best and this house checked all boxes and was a great value. We departed today and have already reached out to return next year. 5 STAR!!!
