About this property

2 bed/2 bath renovated condo with balcony on 10th floor with spectacular views overlooking Tampa Bay and downtown Tampa. Walk out of the building directly onto Bayshore Blvd. Both bedrooms have amazing views of the bay, new queen beds and closets with plenty of storage. The master bath is en-suite. Our dining area seats seven (3 at counter, 4 at table). On the balcony we have seating for two with a table for meals with a view.

Our living room is comfortable with a large couch and reclining chair. The 70" smart TV can be viewed comfortably from living, dining or kitchen areas. The master bedroom also has a large smart TV.

We have fast WIFI (included) which makes it easy to enjoy streaming entertainment or online work. Plenty of possible workspaces including a desk in the guest bedroom, dining table, kitchen counter or balcony table.

WIFI, Utilities and twice monthly housekeeping are included. Wash, dry, fold laundry service with pickup and delivery to your door is available at $2.90/lb.

Bayshore Towers' amenities include a community pool, fitness center, and coin laundry facility. Free parking also available. We are in a quiet neighborhood with walkable restaurants (Italian, British, Thai, Mexican - all excellent) and stores.

Bayshore Bliss!

The owners of this property were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The building is dated, but the actual condo is beautiful! Updated and very nicely decorated and appointed. Property is located in a great area of Tampa and the view is amazing!!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I purchased this property because we fell in love with Tampa while our son attended the University of Tampa. We love the views of this beautiful city, and the location is perfect for walks along the bay, and through the local neighborhoods which have interesting and beautiful homes. We have great restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's a quick drive to Hyde Park and downtown.

What makes this property unique

The views are what sold us on this particular condo. You can enjoy sunrise and sunset from the patio. We love to sit outside with coffee, or a glass of wine as the view is spectacular no matter what time it is. The location is perfect for walking on bayshore, or to a local restaurant.
