Cozy family-home in the woods, 10 min to Naval Academy!
Embed yourself in the quietness of the woods and birds singing. Our backyard has the 5th largest tree of its species in MD and takes out whole backyard beyond the deck. Safe and friendly neighborhood, our 3-floor Brazilian-American artsy family home offers in the main floor: powder-room, kitchen, dining, living and family rooms. Top floor with access to 1 master bedroom suite and 1 of the other 2 bedrooms and a social bathroom. The third bedroom is downstairs in the basement. We love having guests and sharing our lovely space to inspire you to reconnect with the magic of who you truly are. We love being immersed in nature, and taking a morning and/or evening walk in the woods to view the Chesapeake Bay water along the 2.2 mile pathway. There are two bird observatories where you can stop to enjoy the Marshall areas and the Bay view or meditate. During your stay, if you are interested in booking a whole health and healing therapy therapy session, text me. And if you have any questions and/or are interested in healthy, fun cooking lessons, count on me. I am easy to access and stay at walking distance from home. You will be happy you chose our place to stay while visiting Annapolis and surrounding areas.

Why they chose this property
I got this property because of its location in the woods and love the walking path in nature I easily access right outside of my door. The location is very strategic as we are right off of route 301/50 by the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. We are about 45 min from the White House and the WDC Smithsonian Museums on the West side. Two hour drive to Ocean City on the east side. Thirty minutes to Baltimore going up North. We are surrounded by great restaurants serving the famous MD blue crab and crab cake.
