Waterfront, Dock, Private Pool ~ Weekly & Monthly Rentals available!

Fantastic location, minutes from Annapolis by land or water. Amazing sunrises and sunsets can be seen sitting in an Adirondack on our large dock. There is great fishing and crabbing right off the dock! Bring your boat, we have several private boat slips and would consider renting the boat lift for an additional fee for rentals over 1 week. In-ground pool with chaise lounges, large deck with gas grill, Green Egg and lounge area with outdoor sofas. Fire pit is available to use as well. There are several fishing charters that can be booked that will pick you up close by our home if you're interested in a Bay fishing experience.

The interior offers 5 bedrooms, three full baths and sleeps 14 comfortably. Interior dining area seats 10. Full kitchen, laundry and ample parking. Two full bathrooms with tub/shower configuration on 2nd floor and one full bathroom with walk-in shower on 1st floor. Two living/family rooms with plenty of seating for everyone and smart TVs. Peloton is available for those that have knowledge of how to use it, a Peloton account and proper locking shoes. (Absolutely not for children). Our home is great if you have members of your party that can't do a lot of stairs - one of the bedrooms and full baths are located on the first floor, with minimal stairs.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Annapolis, The Naval Academy and Bay Bridge. Close to Baltimore and Washington for sightseeing. Outlet shopping is just over the Bay Bridge, and close to some fun waterfront dining for the family.

Great stay on the bay

This location is excellent: peaceful, scenic, and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, dock, paddle boards, and kayaks. The yard has enough room to play games, too. Plenty of parking. The location is just off the scenic Magothy River and the owner was very helpful with great suggestions for places to visit by water.

Nice property in quiet neighborhood. Well water was a concern. Dock is low and flooded several days after storm. Pool filtration system was turned off and we weren’t aware the first several days. Thanks for the welcome gift; very much appreciated.

Perfect Multi-Family Vacation Home

This house was the perfect place for three families with little kids and one grandparent to all stay! The location is ideal - close to Annapolis, Baltimore and the Metro into DC. With so much to see around us all our kids wanted to do was swim in the pool or hang out on the beach/dock! The house itself is perfect for a big crowd not wanting to be on top of each other. There are two family rooms with two tvs. The bedrooms are great sizes and spread out in a way that makes it easy to sleep. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook meals. We highly recommend this rental for any family looking to comfortably stay somewhere and have the option to go site seeing or to relax poolside.

Set in a neighborhood, but no immediate waterside neighbors. Beautiful, and cozy late afternoon, chill sessions with comfy chairs and table (firepit) to enjoy cheese boards and drinks of choice while watching the sunset. The extra fridge provided drink storage. The extra full living room provided a comfortable "need to do work on vacation" space. Plenty of parking! Kayaks, SUPs, canoe were welcome water transportation. The pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Every meal and multiple activities on the big porch table!!! Ali was quick to respond to questions. This was a pretty terrific place for our annual family and Space Cadet Brewing get-away! Thank you!

Stay at Shore Acres

The location of the property was amazing, being near fun places to visit by land and water. Places including, Annapolis, WADC, Baltimore, Kent’s Island. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time outside on the porch overlooking the water, in the pool or on the boat dock. Sean and Allison were great hosts, responding quickly to all of your questions and requests. Only issue with the house was lack of cool air in the bed rooms at night.

Family gathering

We had a great time at this property for our family gathering. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location on the river was wonderful. We used the pool daily and enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. People fished and sat out on the dock bird watching in the mornings. The host, Allison, was super responsive to all communications. We asked if there was a tea kettle and there wasn’t so she ordered one and it was delivered the same day!

Great family vacation!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Our communication with Alison was easy and friendly! The house was as described, not new and modern but still cozy, spacious, and clean. Many upgrades to the property are currently taking place, and I’m sure will be beautiful when done. The waterfront was great for fishing, swimming and kayaking and the pool was a bonus to cool off on our hot days. There are many steps both inside and out to transfer to different areas of the house, and was difficult for some members of our family, but with a little help we were all able to enjoy every room, porch, and dock. We had 5 families ranging in age from 2 to 88. Overall, our stay was peaceful and fun!

Great Week with the Family

We had an awesome stay in Arnold and would definitely stay at this house again. We had a big family group of grandparents, adults, teens and kids out for lacrosse tournaments and the house was perfect for our group. The house was in great condition with tons of rooms for all different sleeping needs. We spent a ton of time enjoying the deck and pool for easy relaxing after spending our days on the lax field. The view of the water was perfect! And the kids loved all the outside space, the pool and trampoline. Ali was incredibly responsive and a great communicator (in advance, during and after our visit). She really made it easy for us to enjoy our time back east.

Hello! We're Sean & Ali and we're fortunate that this is our primary residence with a killer view. Not a day goes by that we take living on the Chesapeake Bay for granted! We've made the decision to open our home to guests looking for a getaway due to our increasing travel schedule. While we have other short term rental properties...this one is very special since it's our home. We've lived here for about 7 years and have been updating as we go. Our home was built in 1975...and there are aspects of it that show it's age. If you're looking for a new, modern home...this isn't the one for you. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable home with great amenities...we've got it.

What makes this property unique

The location can't be beat. Great sunrises with coffee or sunsets with a cocktail while sitting on the large private dock. Minutes from Annapolis, The Bay Bridge and a short drive to Baltimore or DC....we're in a great spot!
