Spectacular sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge from this fully renovated, well-appointed 7-bedroom, 5.5 bath waterfront home, minutes from downtown Annapolis! The main level great room is poised to entertain a crowd with an open kitchen concept, oversized island with seating for 6, and cozy seating area. Enjoy a great meal with family and friends in the light-filled sunroom that comfortably accommodates 10. The primary suite and en suite bath is on this level. An additional bedroom en suite and two additional bedrooms complete this level.

The second level amenities include a great room with soaring ceilings with loft, gas fireplace, and oversized flat screen with surround sound offering stunning bay views and glorious sunsets. An incredible 4th primary bedroom with en suite bath showcases the bay view. Two additional bunk bedrooms, perfect for the younger guests.

Family and friends can enjoy our brand new 20x40 swimming pool, with a basketball hoop and a relaxing tanning ledge where you can watch the sun set behind the bay bridge. The pool area is also next to our covered gazebo deck, where you can enjoy a crab feast from one of the local restaurants or a glass of wine!

Delight in the beauty of the sunset on the rear deck outfitted with a gas fire pit and plenty of seating. The younger guests will love the pirate inspired treehouse and play area, equipped with a climbing wall, pirate plank, swings, slide, hammock, and treehouse!

Great Retreat Location

Amazing Property

Had an amazing time here and my friends and family. Property was well stocked and picturesque right on the water with the bay bridge in the background. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, great house for a group, unusable upstairs bathrooms

Blue Bay Haven was a perfect house for our family reunion attending the Navy Football game. Our ages ranged from 7 months to 74 years and everyone enjoyed the house, especially the setting on the Chesapeake bay and the game room. The kitchen was really well appointed and everything worked well. The one issue that was really tough was how terrible the water in the upstairs bathrooms smelled. It was an incredibly strong sulfur smell to the point that it was unusable. I texted the property manager and his suggestion was to run the water. We did that and when I let him know it didn't work, he didn't respond. We made due by using the downstairs bathrooms, but it would have been a 5 star stay if we could have used all of the bathrooms.

Fabulous house!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Bay Haven. House had plenty of room for our party of 15, and we never felt crowded. Loved the pool table right in the kitchen area! Dining table sat everyone, and had plenty of room to play games. Great game room for the kids, though it could use a couch or some comfy chairs for hanging out. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, plenty of dishes & silverware, could use some extra dish towels. We never really used the deck, as it was too hot to sit at during the day, and the gas fire pit was either out of gas or not working. Could use some shade over the grill. By far the best part was the newly installed pool & seating area. Just gorgeous. Could definately use umbrellas in the pool are though, the sun during the day was blazing. Only negative (and we've had the same problem at other houses) is the house fly problem. There are ALWAYS so many flies in the house, no matter how many you kill. Not sure if there is a better solution than just having a fly swatter? Didn't help that the garbage only gets picked up once a week, and the outdoor bins were already full when we arrived. But I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
