The house is in direct connection to beautiful hiking trails and is in the neighborhood of the Rothaarsteig. The building was erected in 2017.
On the south side there is a covered balcony that closes the entire house front. In addition, an adjacent terrace offers the prerequisites for a cozy barbecue evening or just to relax.
The garage and an elevator, which is only available for the apartment on the upper floor, guarantee that you simply feel good.
TV in HD quality and WiFi are a matter of course, as is underfloor heating with controls in the bathroom and in the apartment.
