We had a lovely stay. The duck pond was peaceful, the house was very comfortable, and we loved the coffee bar. The air conditioner was loud while sitting in the upstairs area, but it worked very well. We enjoyed our time there.

Great stay in Cottonwood! The house was clean, comfortable, and had amazing vibes. The location was perfect, close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. The highlight was definitely the beautiful duck pond right by the house. Such a special place. Highly recommended!

We're glad to hear that you enjoyed our home and location. We would love to host you again in the future.
Host was very attentive and responded very quickly. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Overall a great place to stay if you want to explore Cottonwood and Jerome. Lots of options for hiking, tons of wineries and restaurants.
It was nice waking up to the Sunrise over the pond. Very clean and stocked well. Stairs up to the loft were quite steep and inconsistent heights. Had to be very careful.
This home was perfectly situated in the adorable town of Cottonwood. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect location if you are looking to visit Jerome and Sedona. Bed was very comfortable and the coffee bar was amazing! We as lovers of all things vintage, really loved the vibe the decor gave off. We had a great time sipping wine and flipping through the Architectural Digests from way back when while playing Whitney Houston on the record player. We will definitely stay again!
It was a great place to stay with quick access to Sedona, at a much better price. We had an issue with the TV upstairs and contacted the owner. Within a very short period of time, she sent someone over and they resolved the issue and had us enjoying our evening movie in no time. Highly recommend!
