Welcome to Sunland Estates! We are a unique community of about 550 lots established in 1965. A stunning setting, we are nestled next to the Columbia River and surrounded by towering basalt cliffs. Sunland’s natural beauty is a breathtaking oasis amid central Washington desert and farms.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a two-bedroom, 2 bath home on the Columbia River.

The unit was in a great location. Easy to get to the river. The unit is a little rundown, but for the price and location, was a good deal and comfortable!

The location of this house is amazing! We didn’t even know sunland existed until this stay, but what a fun little community!

The host is delightful and helpful. The home is old and needed extensive cleaning . Sheets were missing and towels were limited to one per person. It is basically a manufactured home w lovely location. Many bugs in inside of home which we notified owner of. Kitchen well stocked with anything you could need. It’s a. Older home that shows nicely in pictures but is expensive for what you get.

Thank you for the feedback When I arrived to meet the guest a few hours after their arrival, upon reaching the home the front door was ajar. After guest departed, i went into the home and there were tiny gnats in the home. This has not occured prior, the home is treated for pest. By having the exterior doors open may have contributed to the gnat issue. We will keep a watchful eye on this matter and adjust accordIngly. We appreciate the feedback, we strive for excellence. I‘m sorry your first time ever staying at a short term home was not the experience you were expecting
