Fish cleaning stations, water, shore power. Fenced access to property, heated private pool with spa. Nicely landscaped and very private. Huge open upper deck with excellent unobstructed view of Gulf of Mexico and excellent star gazing at night. 100 yards to cut to gulf and just minutes to channel 5 and the Atlantic Ocean.
