This 2-bedroom sunlit cottage offers a large screened sunroom, and window ac in the living room and primary bedroom. A quiet street and a short walk to the beaches of Nantucket Sound (only .3 miles away) make this an ideal location. The eat-in kitchen features a Keurig and drip coffee maker. A washer/ and dryer are located in the bathroom (please note, there is no tub, shower only). The spacious backyard has areas for eating, grilling, relaxing and gathering, as well as an enclosed shower for rinsing off after the beach. You’ll have all you need for a carefree, relaxing getaway.

Dennisport is the ideal spot for your adventures! From here, you can hop on a ferry to the islands or explore the coastal towns and beaches. There's so much to see and do!

Cute Cape Cottage

The location was great and we walked to the beach every day.

The air conditioner in living room did not cool well and mattress on double bed was uncomfortable.

The kitchen has all the necessities to prepare meals and coffee. The sunroom is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or curling up with a good book. It's a short, easy walk to the beach, and there are restaurants within walking distance as well. The only complaint is the extremely loud window air conditioner in the main bedroom. the check-in/out process couldn't be easier. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED 51 Bain Road! This is the third time we have rented from Martha Murray and we liked this location the best. We were within walking distance to three beaches, the street was quiet, keypad rather than using a key lock was a game changer. Kitchen was well-appointed and we loved having a washer/dryer on site. We used the outdoor shower several times. Decor is pleasant/not fussy. Ceiling fans and a/c units kept us cool. Screened in porch was great for breakfast and evening meals. This home was very clean throughout. We brought our bikes and were able to access the Cape Cod Rail Trail easily from this location.
