About this property
Three Bedroom, Newly Remodeled Home, Just Two Blocks From Downtown Glen Arbor...
Remember your childhood memories of wonderful Northern Michigan summers, or create new ones with your family. Our adorable three bedroom, two bath home is newly renovated and is sure to make your stay right in the village of Glen Arbor one you will always remember.
Our home is situated on a wooded lot in Glen Arbor which is a stones throw away from very popular restaurants such as Boonedocks, Art’s Tavern and Western Avenue Grill. It is also a five minute walk to a grocery store, jewelry shops, lavender trading company, bookshop and the infamous Cherry Republic, among many other boutiques.
Glen arbor is a charming, small town with a spirit you have to experience to believe. In Glen Arbor you will find the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail (half a mile away) for hikers, a maritime museum, winery, farmers market on select days, rentals for kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle boards, boats and bikes. There are fishing charters, miniature golf and even a spa!
Should you take a lovely 25 minute drive north to Leland, make sure to stop at Market22 for some of the county’s best pizza and libations. In Leland you will find Fishtown, which boasts a candy store, a plethora of shopping, fishing charters, boat trips to the Manitou islands, restaurants and even a small park for the kids. Up in the town of Leland you will find cute boutiques, grocery, family owned bar and breakfast hang out, tennis and basketball courts.
The Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore was voted ‘The Most Beautiful Place In America’ by Good Morning America and is a scenic 12 minute drive from our home.
The home is fully furnished. We supply all linens, pillows, towels, paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes and all pots and pans. We also provide a washer and dryer.
The main level features a U-shaped kitchen with a round table for meals, along with seating at the bar counter. We have a master bedroom, with en suite full bathroom attached. Down the hall we also offer another two bedrooms and another full bathroom beautifully renewed with a soaking tub. All three beds are queens.
This home is ideally suited for a large family or several couples together looking to build lifelong memories.
