Guests can make use of a King bed in the bedroom or the queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the kitchen is stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. The HOA provides a pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. There's also an easy staircase to the beach!

No 316 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo that sleeps up to 6. Located on the top floor, it's just 30 steps up and offers amazing ocean views from the balcony. Guests can make use of a king bed in the bedroom or the queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the kitchen is stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. The HOA provides a pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. There's also an easy staircase to the beach!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Great beach access to take the family and pets on a walk. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookery. The view was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed. I was worried that I wouldn’t like the location as it was right next to public access, however it was just fine. Parking is tight however they do a good job of explaining that up front. You can’t really complain when you’re right on the beach!

Showed up and there was garbage everywhere outside and on the way up to the room. Got into the room and it was disgusting and uninhabitable. Dishes looked like they hadn't been washed, bugs all over the counters, refrigerator handle was gone, microwave was broken (had a huge crack in the bottom on the front), counters were still filthy. We immediately reached out to the property via chat option and let them know. We let them know that we were going to stay somewhere else due to the place being filthy and uninhabitable.
