Montain hut in the Jizera Mountains near Ski Spicak

The standalone mountain lodge, built in 1930 and renovated in 2007, is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.


Location
Tanvald, 560 m above sea level. The mountain lodge is situated on a 2,000 sqm open woodland plot with meadow, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house. It can be rented as a whole (22 people) or only for 12–16 people, in which case a corresponding number of bedrooms is available. Only small dog breeds desired. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 400 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 8 cars) on the property.

Central heating (gas, wood/coal). In winter, there is a fireplace in the common room and wood is available. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via antenna, cable. TV channels only in the local language.

The entrance to your mountain lodge is on the 1st floor and is accessed via 1 step.
Ground floor: Lounge (50 sqm, walk-through room) with seating area, TV, tiled stove, DVD player and dining area (32 seats). Kitchen (20 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), gas hob (4 burners), electric hob (ceramic, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (400 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Separate WC with shower, 2 washbasins and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom (8 sqm) with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each (16 sqm) with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each (5 sqm) with 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each (16 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
