This beautiful home is located 10 minutes to one of the best beaches in Florida, the backyard oasis backs up to quiet waterway that ducks and geese frequent, it has access to a community pool and it is centrally located in very desirable TPC Sawgrass neighborhood. The tennis courts, pickle ball courts, walking trails and children's playground are only a 2 minute walk away.
The space
Wonderful vacation home in the world famous Sawgrass Players Club gated community, annual host of TPC Sawgrass. The house sits on a waterway with amazing views and wildlife. Enjoy quiet seclusion for you and your guests or visit area attractions and destinations including historic St. Augustine, a myriad of college and professional athletic events, concerts, world renowned Mayo Clinic, TPC Sawgrass, and great pet-friendly beaches. All are just minutes away.
Amenities include a large playground for the kids, fine dining, golfing, pickle ball, and tennis, (all with separate memberships) all within walking distance of the vacation home. Within the greater neighborhood are additional golf courses, large community pool facilities, the Players Clubhouse and additional dining experiences.
Of course, you can also simply relax on the patio featuring lounge seats and a conversation area with fire pit. Cook dinner for you and guests on the backyard grill station or in the full-service kitchen.
Whether traveling for work, vacation, or in the area to visit The Mayo Clinic, we want you to have everything you’ll need for a perfect stay. The living room has four recliners and both bedrooms have High Definition Smart TVs.
For sleeping, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, that can accommodate two guests and its own fireplace (heat can be turn off just for visual effects) and the guest bedroom has a twin, a full and a queen sized triple bunkbed, that can accommodate 5 guest. A portable pack n play is available and a high chair can be provided upon request. All beds have luxury mattresses and high thread-count sheets. There is also free WiFi, a dedicated work station, full laundry room, towels, toiletries, a complete kitchen, coffee station, and virtually everything you need for a perfect stay.
Guest access
You will have access the whole house and yards, with the exception of one owners closet. That will be locked.
