This warm and inviting unit has a private patio in the front and a large private screened lanai and deck overlooking tranquil lagoon in the back - Perfect place to relax and watch the wildlife. Spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, wet bar, large walk-in closet and lots of updates. You will find the kitchen stocked with coffee and creamer so you are all set for your 1st morning. Walk to pool, Sawgrass Village and TPC Sawgrass.

We are sailors and have to be near the ocean. Ponte Vedra Beach is the perfect location. We use the home to be near family during holidays. When not in residence it is yours to use and enjoy.
