This 3 bedroom 2 bath house featuring full kitchen with Island and basic cooking accessories, Living and bedrooms are equipped with smart televisions.
Sleep on king bed with medium firm mattress or use queen beds with medium firm mattress.
Mayo Clinic: Just a quick 10-minute drive away, our beach house provides convenient accommodations for those seeking medical treatment or appointments at the Mayo Clinic.

This is a pet friendly house. Pet fee is $30/nt and prior approval is required for the pet. Please do not bring pet without prior approval. If pets are brought without approval, we reserve right charge additional cleaning fee up to $250, This is a No-Smoking house, smoking penalty of minimum $599 applies.

Primary guest is required to sign the rental agreement and provide government ID prior to check in.


CANCELLATION POLICY
A 3.25% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per PAYMENT PROCESSER. This applies to ALL bookings.
This house is equipped with wifi.

All TVs are smart tv, it doesn’t have cable. You can connect your Netflix, prime or xfinity accounts for streaming

Washer/Dryer and laundry hamper is provided for your convenience

Kitchen utensils are provided for your convenience, please clean the utensils upon use

Do not open the double door in the south bedroom unless using wheelchair.

Only use august lock for locking and unlocking, do not lock the bottom handle of the front door

This is a no smoking property

Park your car on the driveway,

Big garbage cans are provided in the back yard for additional garbage

We love pets, pet fee is $30 pet pet per night but please keep them off the bed and furniture to avoid additional cleaning fee.
