This apartment is located on the top floor of a town house in the middle of the historic old town of Cádiz, directly on the Plaza de España, with a view of the Monumento a la Constitución de 1812. The modern and well-kept holiday apartment is perfect for couples and has a comfortable living room, a bedroom with a double bed as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. If required, 2 additional beds can be booked. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also included. On the spacious rooftop terrace you will find comfortable seating under an awning, two sun loungers and a breathtaking view of the historic sights and old buildings of the area. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity and the nearest beach, Playa de La Caleta, is 1.2 km from the accommodation.



There are parking options available at an extra cost. It is 5 minutes from the accommodation; if you are interested, please contact the homeowner in advance.

Perfect place to stay in Cadiz

The apartment is high up with great views. Steep staircase climb to get there but this wasn't a problem for us. Comfortable bedroom. Great kitchen and living space. Wonderful terrace where we ate all our meals. Perfect base for exploring Cadiz.

Very Nice stay in Cádiz

We enjoyed our stay here for 5 days in Cádiz. The location is really good for accessing everything in Cádiz. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. As others have mentioned it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. We are a mid to late 50s couple and found it ok.

Excellent views in the city center

This spot was amazing. Excellent views and a beautiful little apartment. Great rooftop. Do not rent if you are not okay with walking up several flights of stairs! Probably six stories to the top.

Great location, but very tired. Broken blinds, older sheets (with a PLASTIC mattress pad!!) and other bed linens and cushions. But well enough equipped, and every worked.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely fabulous stay in a unique apartment in a stunning location. We had everything we could have needed with some perfect touches - wine in the fridge, ice cubes, lots of towels, limitless hot water, well equipped kitchen, spare toilet rolls etc. The terrace with sun all day, is beyond amazing with the best ‘priceless’ views of CADIZ. The apartment is a very private ‘bungalow’ on top of a lovely authentic 1700’s building overlooking the delightful park. Eating on the terrace morning and evening was such a treat. Yes there are stairs, but very manageable by us in our 60’s, and that’s part of the charm, and we will definitely be back! Thanks Willy what a perfect stay in a gorgeous setting! Fabulous!

Great location

This apartment is in a great location, great terrace and views. Willy was great in responding to requests. To get to the apartment you have to climb 84 steps and a number of flights to get to the roof of the building, this is not decribed on VRBO, its not good for people with reduced mobility.There is no elevator. The property is showing wear and tear. Loose skirting boards with mould. The towels and bed linen could be improved. VRBO needs to accurately describe its listing.

We regret if you did not pay attention to this information at the time of booking. The property is exactly as shown in the photo gallery in the advert. These are taken by a professional team, avoiding the use of amplifying angles that distort the image and trying to show the reality as it is. Although the furniture or equipment is not new, everything is in perfect condition for its operation and use. Nice views over Cadiz from terrace. The steps to the rooftop were a bit of a challenge at first as no lift.
