This modern apartment for 4 people plus toddler open sleeping gallery and balcony is ideal for a fun-filled holiday in Boltenhagen on the Baltic Sea. Facilities The approximately 70 square meters large 3-bedroom apartment has a cozy living area with fireplace, which provides a cozy living atmosphere even on cooler days. From here you have direct access to the furnished balcony. The well-equipped, open kitchen invites you to cook together. With underfloor heating, a walk-in shower and a towel dryer, the tiled, bright bathroom is very exclusive. The 2 bedrooms are divided on two levels. In the separate bedroom on the lower level you will find a double bed, the open sleeping gallery on the second floor is with two single beds and 2. TV / DVD equipped. For our youngest guests, you will find a folding travel cot in the apartment. From the gallery you also have a magnificent view of the salt marshes. Special features The holiday apartment has a storage room with a wagon and barbecue. In addition, in the outdoor area a sauna for 2 - 3 people including a small rest and dressing room with shower all house guests available. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Information about the bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no liability for the buggies provided. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement devices can take over, if the devices are defective, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The wagon is offered as a bonus and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even to get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night including bed linen. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival.
