Very nice host, and great communication. Pleasant, clean efficiency condo with balcony patio overlooking trees. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, although separate lighting for that area would be helpful. Exterior of condo building under recent improvements of the stairwells during our visit, but safe. Near a cul-de-sac making for easy walks.

This condo is amazing! So nicely decorated but completely comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, especially with the nice breeze blowing in from the covered deck!! Dee, the owner, was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Great condo!

We went to Fairfield Bay when we married 44 years ago. We returned this year for our anniversary and stayed in the best condo! I love all the modern renovations! Pet friendly too!

This studio condo was PERFECT. Just enough space for myself, the hubs, and dog. The amenities were perfect-I was able to make dressing to take to thanksgiving. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The host was hands down the BEST I’ve ever encountered! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely utilize again in the future!

Hidden Gem in Fairfield Bay

Absolutely awesome condo and a perfect location in Fairfield Bay. The owners were awesome to work with and were very attentive to any questions we had and also provided all the information you would need in the area. Would highly recommend and will definitely be our go to when we come back.

Dee has done a very good job of designing this studio with bath with everything you could need. And, she communicates well, and responded very quickly when we had a question. It is easy to recommend this location if your are traveling to this area.

Our host Doris was top notch. She went above n beyond to assist in any questions. She also Let me know when house keeping was done and gave me a complimentary early check in. And also an extended check out time. The place was absolutely immaculate, the house cleaning even came by to assist with internet issues, which turned out to be due to service provider. Which also got resolved immediately. Our stay in the area was perfect for our outdoor adventures. Would definitely recommend Summerhill place if you're in the area and need a place to stay.

Absolutely peaceful

We had a stress free relaxing weekend. We enjoyed all the hiking trails right around the condo, and was super close the the ATV trails We wanted to explore. Fantastic communication with owner.

Weekend trip

Very cute condo! The host was very communicative before we got there to give us all the information we needed. The condo was also very well stocked and had a folder with information about the area. There was a nice balcony that we enjoyed sitting out on in the evenings. And the property is very quiet! We will be back!

THE BEST HOST

We enjoyed our stay. The vacation rental was exactly as described. Everything you would need while away. Especially loved the fact that we could bring our doggie with us. Dee, the owner is super responsive and made sure our check-in process was easy. She gave us recommendations on places to eat and things to do while we were there! I would not hesitate renting from her in the future.
