This beautiful apartment overlooking the private marina of Marina Nou Fontana is just a 2-minute walk from the Arenals Javea seafront, where you will find a fabulous selection of restaurants, beach bars and shops suitable for all generations of families.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the 2nd Floor (without elevator) of a small, private, quiet residential complex on the banks of the Canal Norte, only 100 m from the fantastic Arenal beach in Javea and has been furnished with great attention to detail.
A bright and spacious living room with LED TV, a fully equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two of them with master-king-size beds, a bathroom and a covered balcony with patio furniture and a view of the Canal de la Fontana leave nothing to be desired.

Apartamento de playa completamente equipado y bien ubicado

Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena. Es un apartamento moderno, limpio y acogedor. Perfecto para 4-5 huéspedes y bien equipado. El edificio está en la clásica urbanización de playa y no tiene ascensor, pero está perfectamente ubicado a pocos minutos de la playa del Arenal y del paseo marítimo en una calle nada ruidosa. La urbanización tiene algunas plazas de aparcamiento pero también se puede aparcar en una de las calles colindantes sin pagar. René es muy atento y simpático y estuvo en todo momento disponible :)

Great apartment great location

Apartment is in a great location for the beach and the port. Very modern and fully equipped for everything we needed would strongly recommend. Owner was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble
