Located in the exclusive Golden Gardens residence, it offers three communal swimming pools, for adults and children, impressive gardens with lawn. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 6 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Arenal de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.



Accommodation

This beautiful, modern and bright apartment has 95m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, with capacity for up to 5 people.

The apartment, distributed on a single level, offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The living room has an elegant dining table and a comfortable chaise longue sofa, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a wonderful large terrace with a dining table and views of the pool.

The accommodation consists of a spacious main bedroom with a double bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom with two single beds. It also has another bathroom with a shower.

In the common areas, you can find three communal pools, for adults and children, impressive gardens with lawn. The residence is very quiet and is located just 5 minutes walking from Arenal beach.

Situation

The establishment is located just 600 m from the sandy beach of Playa del Arenal and 1 km from the rocky beach of Playa del Montañar. It is also close to all services, at a distance of 500 m from supermarkets, bars, beach bars, a post office, a pharmacy, several banks and shops.



Environment

On the picturesque Mediterranean coast, the city of Jávea is a pleasant place that delights visitors of the Costa Blanca with its beautiful marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sporting activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf, tennis and even hiking up to Montgó. The sea is of great importance in Jávea, and many of its excellent restaurants make the most of their location by serving fish dishes prepared by experts with the best catches of the day. So that Jávea combines the uniqueness and charm of a small Mediterranean town with the convenience of having all services, from supermarkets and pharmacies to restaurants, bars and terraces.

Al entrar nos impresionó mucho por la amplitud y la iluminación. No le falta nada y tiene todo lo que promete. La cama era muy cómoda y el sofá también. La piscina era muy tranquila y los vecinos eran majos. La avenida para acceder a la urbanización tenía muchas flores caídas de los árboles que se pegaban a las chanclas y los zapatos. El cepillo podría haber sido mejor, pero bueno se pudo barrer bien. Por lo demás un 10.

The pool area is very nice.The apartment is very pleasant for a stay in Javea. There was building work happening right next to the apartment during our stay which was unfortunate as it was quite loud to be by the pool.

We had a great week in the amazing Saudade apartment in Javea. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was really convenient. Also Andres, the administrator of the apartment, was very helpful and gave us some great advise. Altogether a great experience!

La urbanización fue lo mejor

todo muy limpio, los jardines y piscina muy bien cuidado. la ubicación, estaba un poco lejos de la playa, y la recogida de llaves que es a las 16:00 y casi ese dia esta medio perdido, y luego se dejan las llaves a las 11:00, coa que no entiendo, de toda la vida siempre se han recogido las llaves a las 12 y salida a las 12, de esta otra forma te quitan casi medio dia.
