It is ideally located in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 6 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Arenal de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities,

This glamorous, modern and bright apartment has 94 m², marble floors and is furnished with great taste and a high standard. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and capacity for 5 people.

The apartment, distributed on one level, offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The spacious living room has a dining table and a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and double doors that open onto a wonderful large terrace with dining table and a area with sits to relax.

The accommodation consists of a large master bedroom with double bed and a luxurious bathroom en suite and a second double bedroom with two single beds. It also has another bathroom with shower.

As we already used due too several times arrange a booking by Rock Rentals is that all conditions of the facilities are good. Further more we like the Team of Rock Rentals they Rock and deserve a Well Thanking for the excellent service and kindness. We have to recommend that the matrasses should be replaced and furthermore the internet was not really stable so should be looked at, in our case this is really necessary.

Lo que mas nos ha gustado ha sido la terraza. Es bastante grande y muy agradable. La urbanización es muy bonita y cuidada, con piscina. Una pena que la piscina estuviera cerrada debido al COVID. El apartamento esta cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios básicos.

El apartamento es absolutamente recomendable y volveríamos sin dudar.

Las fotos son fieles a la realidad y reflejan con exactitud su buen estado de conservación. Aunque con algo de retraso se entregó en perfecto estado de limpieza. El apartamento dispone de dos habitaciones, una de ellas de matrimonio con baño en suite, la otra cuenta con dos camas individuales. Tiene una estupenda terraza para comer al aire libre y el aire acondicionado nos ha ayudado a soportar las altas temperaturas. La urbanización interior, con piscina y gimnasio, cuenta con unas hermosas y cuidadas zonas verdes. La ubicación está a unos 5 minutos de la Playa del Arenal y el bullicio de sus locales nocturnos pero por las noches es totalmente tranquila y se puede dormir a la perfección. La plaza de garaje sirve hasta para un coche grande pero se aparca mejor si llevas uno pequeño o mediano.. La atención del propietario ha sido atenta, amable e impecable para resolver dudas o pequeños problemas de funcionamiento. En definitiva una estancia de 10 y un apartamento totalmente recomendable. Como puntos de mejora consideramos que sería deseable que los armarios tuvieran cajones y reponer o ampliar menaje de cocina y cubertería

El apartamento está completamente nuevo, el colchón viscolastico comodisimo, la calidad de los materiales se nota que es muy buena. Además estaba limpísimo.
