Located on ground floor with private garden of 70 meters, faces the sea of ​​rocks (1 minute walk) and less than 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach, El Arenal, and area restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, leisure, ... Lovely apartment 5 mins stroll from Arenal

We (a couple) spent 4 weeks in Pilar’s lovely apartment. We enjoyed it very much. Everything was as described and better. Pilar was the perfect host and couldn’t have been more helpful. We are very happy to recommend the apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment.

Communication with Pilar & her husband was simple / very quick & efficient. They met us at the apartment and everything we needed to know was clearly explained. Nothing was too much trouble - they even helped us get our initial shop at the local Masymas. The apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean & equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The location is brilliant- just a short walk into the sandy beach & nemerous restaurants & bars along the Arenal. If your energetic- one can walk to the port - we did once - but then realised the little tourist bus took us there as well as to the old town. Highly recommended apartment.

Winter sunshine break

From the 1st meeting the owners were eager to please us and went to some lengths to make us comfortable. The location was ideal and could not have been better. Our one criticism concerned the environment; all around us there was construction activity and renovation work (clearly Javea was preparing for Easter opening) creating noise and disturbance and this was an irritation. The owners did speak to workmen in adjacent properties about the noise - a fact we appreciated.

Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe waren perfekt. Durch die zentrale Lage, ist der Strand nur 5 min. Fußweg entfernt. Nur kurze Wege, um verschiedene Wanderungen zu starten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedenste Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Apartment. Vielen lieben Dank an Pilar. Maravilloso

El apartamento es muy coqueto y está decorado con mucho gusto. Tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. El jardín precioso y perfecto para niños pequeños. La zona es muy tranquila y está a cinco minutos de la playa y de restaurantes. Y Pilar, la propietaria,es muy amable,te ayuda y da recomendaciones sobre la zona. Muchas gracias!
