This 2nd floor, Golden Gate apartment has been furnished to a good standard and is located just a few meters from the beach. The area is relaxing yet only 900m from the Arenal sandy beach with all it´s shops, bars and restaurants. Within the complex along with the beautiful pool and water features you will find table tennis, a paddle court and a gym.
The apartment itself boasts all the mod cons one would expect from such a property including air-conditioning/ heating and marble floors throughout . It comprises of an entrance hallway leading to a bright & airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a furnished private patio for ál fresco’ dining.
The large master bedroom has spacious built in wardrobes and fabulous pool views. The twin bedroom has built in wardrobes and double doors leading to the patio. The kitchen/utility area is fully fitted with oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freeze, etc. There are 2 bathrooms both modern and fully tiled.
Private secure underground parking is located beneath the complex.

Lovely apartment

Really nice apartment, the photos don’t do it justice. The pool area is lovely, good parking, good air con, everything you need in the kitchen. It is a 5 minute walk to the sea but it’s very rocky there. The town and main beach is about a 20 minute walk. Had a lovely holiday.

Very good Apartment ,Excellent air-con ,Great balcony position perfect for evening tapas in the shade,This apartment has one of the very best balcony blinds i have ever encountered , Great pool area .Only criticism was the very small tv screen and no wifi .

Location excellent. Kitchen facilities limited?cupboards a mess needs a deep clean and organisation same as rest of the apartment! Wifi none available. Transport hired own car. Living room - pet hair all over sofa, no DVD player as advertised but DVD's available! No wifi No english channels on TV. Shutter dodgy. Balcony furniture faded and old! clothes airer rusty which ruined clothes! Both bathrooms rusty mouldy and need a deep clean and refurb! Toilets were disgusting to be honest. Bedrooms mattress protectors and pillows were filthy needed washing desperately!!!!!!!! Whole apartment is looking very tired needs a serious update. Such a shame !

Dear Mark I am very sorry to hear that your experience at the apartment did not meet your expectations, and I appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. However, I must respectfully dispute some of the allegations raised in your email. We conduct thorough checks before guest arrival, and many of the issues you've described were not present at that time. We strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and functionality, and it is unusual for such significant discrepancies to arise. This property does not have Wi-Fi or UK TV - which is clear on the advertising site. Regarding the kitchen facilities, we believe they are adequately equipped for a holiday rental and the kitchen is well organised and clean. The description of the living room, is also surprising as we do not permit pets in the property. The TV channels available are standard for the region, and we do not advertise English specific channels. The concerns about the shutter, - it works perfectly. Balcony furniture - it is plastic outdoor furniture and in good condition. The clothes airer - yes will be replaced but would not have ruined your clothes.. The condition of both bathrooms and toilets are fine so I have no idea what you are referring to.. Similarly, the cleanliness of mattress protectors and pillows is just untrue. You state the apartment is looking "very tired" and needs an update whereas in reality the apartment is in a very good state. We would have liked to have discussed these issues whilst you were staying at the property rather than reading about them after your stay.

Appartement agréable et bon emplacement

Situé à 10 min à pied de la plage Arénal, en passant par le chemin en bord de mer ou une route agréable avec des larges trottoirs La résidence est bien entretenue, l'appartement est vaste, bien agencé et fonctionnel (climatisation OK), et une petite vue mer depuis le grand balcon Cependant certains équipements mériteraient d'être remplacés (étendoir et transats rouillés) ou ajoutés (machine à café). A noter que nous avons eu un problème avec le four (faisait disjoncter le compteur), problème signalé mais pas d'intervention pour résoudre le problème

Our favourite destination

We have been visiting Javea for a number of years and it never disappoints. This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment building through the same agent, the place is great and the people are very efficient and responsive. The pool area is peaceful and only ever had a few people around it at any one time. One point to note is that there is a siesta on the pool between 3 - 5pm. We knew this from the first stay so didn't cause an issue when we reminded our children but it is worth mentioning as I know us Brits tend to run our holidays on a different schedule to the Spanish. The rocky beach is within a couple of minutes walk and Arenal is about 15 minutes walk. The pavements are wide and smooth so our children never complained about the journey as they could comfortably scooter to the main promenade.

BUEN ALOJAMIENTO

En general está muy bien. Tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Lo único que he echado en falta son las vistas al mar. El complejo muy tranquilo y con instalaciones para divertirse (padel, piscina, ping pong, ...) o descansar.

Fantastic apartment and location

A fantastic apartment and location. Lots to do for the both adults and children with the paddle court, gym and ping pong. The Arenal beach is beautiful and only a ten minute walk away. The apartment was spotless and the management company Solimar Villas looked after us all through the process. Can't wait to return!!
