Beautiful and bright apartment of 112m in first floor located in the area of the Bay of Jávea , in a quiet residential area with community pool, playground and green areas, just 400 meters from the gravel beach of Primer Montañar and near the harbour and the town. Several supermarkets and restaurants within 50 meters.

The entire apartment has northeast.

The house has a spacious living room with table for six expandable diners , as well as a warm seating area with two comfortable three seater sofas , TV Led 40 " wifi with ADSL up to 20MB internet with unlimited access for free.

The property has three bedrooms, one with double bed 200cm x 150cm and access to the terrace, and two double, with two beds of 90cm each, all with fitted wardrobes and drawers. Two full bathrooms, one with bath and bidet and the second with shower. The house has an electric boiler with a capacity of 200 liters.

Both the living room and bedrooms have hot / cold air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances : Refrigerator , Dishwasher , Oven , Microwave with grill , Electric coffee maker Dolce Gusto, Italian coffe maker , Kettle, Toaster, Sandwich maker , Juicer , Iron and Blender as well as a wide range of utensils, crockery and glassware that we are sure will make you feel at home.

Large terrace of 30 meters overlooking the community swimming pool, with a seating area and table for 6 people.

The apartment also includes a large garage of 15 meters in the basement of the building. If necessary, highchair children's chair, bed barrier and travel cot with spring mattress 120cm x 60cm would be provided.

Absolutely excellent apartment

A family of three adults and three children under 6 stayed for 9 days. We all felt that the apartment was top rate. The clean smell and beautiful, modern furnishings as we walked in were wonderful. Maria and Bosco have been helpful every step. We were so happy to stay and cannot wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment of Maria and Bosco. This is our second vacation in the apartment of Maria and Bosco in July. Always perfect and clean as last year. Excellent property

The apartment is very clean comfortable and spacious, it is very homely with lots of finishing touches we could not fault it.You can walk to the old town in 20 minutes it’s well worth a visit or stroll to the port where there is plenty of good restaurants. Arenal beach is about a 35 minute walk from the apartment on the promenade and there is lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. There is something for everyone in Javea we had a great holiday and I’m sure we will return again.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Maria and Bosco’s apartment.Right from the moment we first made the booking,they have been prompt and helpful with arrangements and enquiries. Bosco was waiting for us on arrival to hand over the keys. The apartment was spotlessly clean and bed linen and towels were of excellent quality. We loved the stylish interior and the terrace was spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped and they had thought of many extras to make our stay more comfortable. The apartment itself has a useful underground car park space but it’s a very easy walk to the old town and the port area. Aldi supermarket directly next door is very convenient to pick up shopping. There are lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance as well. Can’t recommend this place to stay highly enough. Thank you so much Bosco and Maria,I’m sure we will be back!!

Perfect in every way

We were absolutely delighted with the apartment. It was squeaky clean and stylishly furnished. Everything you could possibly need was thought of. We had cold and wet weather for our 2 week stay which would have been unbearable if the apartment wasn’t so homely and warm. Very close to the supermarkets and perfectly situated for walks to the Arenal, Port and Pueblo. We will definitely return to this wonderful apartment.

Excellent holiday Apartment

The apartment was really clean and I would highly recommend a stay here. Great for families with young children as the apartment had a shared pool with a separate child’s pool. It was situated just a 5/10 minute walk from the port which has a lovely pebble beach or a 20 minute walk to the arenal beach. The apartment is within 2 minutes from Aldi supermarket making it easy to collect shopping. We will definitely book the apartment again 😊

Perfect stay in beautiful Javea

Perfect apartment for our stay in Javea. We really enjoyed being near the Port and very close to La Siesta. The apartment is very clean and well equipped . Bosco is charming and was a pleasure to deal with. Bosco was very flexible on our check in and out days, allowing us to enjoy our first and last day and take advantage of our early arrival and late departure from Javea. Highly recommend . A spacious, airy apartment with a lovely spacious balcony and nice communal pool. Bosco was waiting when we arrived to show us around and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble and he asked us not to hesitate in contacting him with any questions. His wife Maria sent through local recommendations of restaurants which were useful. The apartment itself is modern and very nicely furnished, with fast WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen. The front is around a 10-minute walk away, the port an additional 5 minutes or so and the Arenal can be walked in under 30 minutes. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay, we highly recommend!

Nothing was too much trouble and he asked us not to hesitate in contacting him with any questions or concerns or even just if we needed some local tips for things to do and places to eat. The apartment itself is modern and beautifully furnished, with fast WiFi and a well equipped kitchen. The communal gardens and pool were lovely and most days we had them to ourselves. A hidden gem - perfect family apartment

We've just returned from a week at this fabulous Javea apartment & I have nothing but positive feedback. From our initial enquiry Maria & Bosco were extremely helpful & demonstrated a genuine desire to ensure we got the most from our holiday. Maria met us on arrival and showed us around and also provided restaurant recommendations and information about the local area. Although we didn't need it, I felt reassured that she & Bosco were so obviously willing & available to assist with any queries that we might have had. The apartment itself is immaculate, spotlessly clean & stylishly decorated. It is a rare treat, in my experience, for the reality to exceed the expectations. My husband & I and our 15-year old daughter & 18-year old son had everything we needed; not least a strong & reliable WiFi! The aircon was excellent and ensured we all got a comfortable night's rest; the communal pool was large & perfect for just cooling off or swimming lengths with a separate toddler pool; it was warm yet refreshing and never over-crowded. There is plenty of space to sunbathe & the communal areas are secure as is the underground parking. The balcony, which overlooks the pool & garden, is spacious & shaded with delightful & comfortable furniture. The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of the beaches; the sandy El Arenal beach in one direction and the pebbly beach, port & Old Town in the other direction; all within a reasonable walking distance. There is a really nice Aldi store selling fresh bread as well as an 'Overseas' supermarket stocking Waitrose goods within a few hundred yards. Javea is also ideally situated if you want to explore slightly further afield & visit the local water & theme parks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and hope to be able to return in the future.

Lovely Spacious Apartment

This is a fantastic apartment which the owners have equipped to a very high standard. I stayed with my wife and three children late June early July and had a great time. The apartment has everything you need and more and is furnished very tastefully, a real home from home. The Air con is brilliant keeping the whole apartment cool when needed and the communal pool is large and clean and rarely is busy. The underground parking is also a real bonus. Javea is a beautiful place and is ideal for families off all ages with plenty going and a fantastic choice of bars and restaurants from the traditional to high end. There is lots within walking distance, and taxis are plentiful and reasonable should you require. The owners are very friendly and on hand to offer advice if needed. I can not recommend this apartment highly enough. Thanks for a great stay

Perfect holiday in perfect apartment!

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful apartment , owned by our gracious hosts Maria and Bosco. The place was absolutely superb. We had everything we needed and it was a great location 5 mins walk to old port and maybe 15 min walk to Old town. Stone beach with excellent beach bar/restaurants less than 5 minute walk. Sandy beach Arenal was only 5 mins by car. Aldi and 2 other large supermarkets within 100 meters perfect! Great WIFI and air conditioning, really well equipped Kitchen, lovely bathrooms, smart TV and comfy beds. Great spacious balcony overlooking lovely pool. Balcony only got morning sun. Great location, great apartment, close to everything, in a nice complex, with helpful owners, what more could you want? We will definitely be back!!
