Deb was very communicative. There was a problem we encountered upon arrival, however property management was able to resolve it quickly. I like the location and the house is very nice itself.Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Deb!

We found Debbie to be extremely helpful and very accommodating. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Sunset Lakes is quiet and safe but still close to restaurants, shops and Disney. The South-facing pool looks over a conservation area which made it very private. Overall, we had a very good experience with Debbie and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book a villa with Debbie again.

The villa was as per the pictures provided. It was a great size for our family of four and provided everything we needed as a base for Disney/Universal. Some of the fixtures are a bit dated, but other than that everything was very good. The communication with the host was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure we had the right channel to watch the world cup and someone was over within hours to replace the battery on a smoke alarm when we contacted them.
