The space
The river flows through the backyard with a cedar hot tub overlooking it.
The entrance opens to the open kitchen concept tall ceiling living room with sliding doors leading to the deck and hot tub overlooking the river, all illuminated by hanging lights. This entrance has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The basement with its separated entrance has a karaoke setup, dancing pod area, bar, a movie theater room and a cedar sauna. This floor has one bedroom and a half bath.
The kitchen is well-appointed with every essential, and there's space to dine and hang out at the breakfast bar and the window-side table.

House is 5 mins from the town of Granite falls and 20 mins from the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. In the cascades you will find some of the best hiking and most beautiful natural features that Washington has to offer. Some prominent sites include: Gothic Basin, Big Four Ice Caves, Mt. Pilchuck Fire Lookout, Lake Twenty-Two, and Heather Lake.
Other outdoor recreation activities in the area are endless as well – hiking, whitewater kayaking, river tubing, backcountry skiing, fishing, and more.
