Older resort, nice experience. Time share was exactly 90 min and we did get a $100 AE gift card!! No chairs on the beach for free.

Property Manager property description deceptive for Club Wyndham Sea Garden listing

The VRBO property manager, Live Suite Resorts, described the Club Wyndham Sea Garden suite listing as a "directly on the beach" with "balcony/patio" suite. This property description is deceptive and misleading. Our suite turned out to be a standard room without balcony/patio across the street from the 'directly on the beach' buildings. There is a different VRBO property manager listing Club Wyndham Sea Garden. Read the differences in the property descriptions. They are significant. The other property manager fully understands how to describe a property where you are not booking a specific room. Be vigilant booking a Live Suite Resorts VRBO listing. Live Suite Resorts is simply a Timeshare Owner's reseller. As for the resort, all employees we encountered were pleasant and accommodating. The resort was clean. The grounds are plush with tropical plants and trees. We used 3 out of 4 pools. Two were heated. All were clean with clear water. Our room had been updated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook onsite. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was oversized compared to a standard hotel room. The beach area offered cabanas, umbrellas and lounge chairs. There was abundant surface parking as well as a parking garage. I observed security on site each day we were there. We prefer 'directly on the beach' properties. If you don't mind hiking to the beach while carrying your chairs, towels, toys, etc., this place may work for you.
