Lovely, Thanks for coming! We have plenty of beds with the exact layout as listed if you read the description. If you needed more toilet paper on a stay, you should always reach and communicate and we could have guided you where to find more, lol! The fridge tripping was unexpected and of course it has been fixed as well as newly renovated bathrooms and other beautiful upgrades done for you to enjoy on your next visit! Glad that overall, you enjoyed your stay!

I always encourage guests to contact me with any questions and concerns upon discovery, as sometimes unexpected items may occur. One of the toilets suddenly began to leak during your stay, which you did contact me about and I sent someone to check it out and repair it within a few hours. We assure you that if given the opportunity, we work to address and rectify any and all concerns that may be affecting our guest’s experience. Next time, if something isn’t up to par, reach out to us during your trip so we can address it promptly. We wish we could have made your stay more comfortable, that is why we are here any time to help you have the best stay possible. We apologize that the level of cleanliness didn’t meet our own high standards in your words. Since your stay, I have reviewed and inspected the property myself and with the cleaning crew, so future guests can be sure to enjoy it.
