The space
This unit has the charm of a vintage Tudor style home. You will not be sharing the space with anyone, you have access to the entire north end of the duplex. You have you own off street parking spot out front not the driveway. You can use the table and chairs outside on the sideboard patio as well.

The kitchen and bathroom have just undergone a remodel and are comfortable and functional. Please note the claw foot tub lip is about 2' tall so you have to be able to step over the tub edge to enter.

Bedroom 1- King bed and Twin bed. this is upstairs.
Bedroom 2-Queen bed (this is down and you walk through the partially finished basement area with washer and dryer)

Couch pulls out to a full/queen sleeper sofa too!
Other things to note
You are booking one side of the duplex. You have an entirely private non shared space with off street parking for 1 vehicle. Please follow the "self Checkin" instructions, found on the VRBO booking the day of your arrival.

We have added a very nice portable AC unit to the main bedroom upstairs in addition to the swamp cooler and oscillating fan for the kitchen/living room area upstairs

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.

Un-Notified lost keys are billed at $150. If you lose a key and tell us our normal key replacement fee is $75 but we can be flexible if you tell us in advance.

Good location and good heater

It was a good location and heater works. Price is low so I should have expected it to be small. I could not find the trashcans in the back to throw trash out even though I looked everywhere. Room was smaller than I expected and bathroom tub is very inconvenient. Didnt use it. Bathroom doorknob is very loose and toilet is not sturdy.

Cute & Unique Small Tudor Townhouse

The property was very unique. The place was remodeled nicely with updated decor. We love the exposed brick in the bathroom. It is located in a trendy neighborhood that was very safe and close to downtown. We would come back and stay again. A few suggestions for the property owner/manager... 1. The key was not in the lockbox when we got there, but in the other lockbox. I would suggest one lockbox in the area you have in the listing. 2. You need washcloths for the bathroom 3. You need a dish cleaning brush so you can wash cups 4. We could not find the outside trashcan to take out the trash or take it to the road. You may want to note in the renter directions where this is. 5. The internet router is located next door. I would suggest having separate routers for each unit. The other guest knocked the power out and it affected the internet in our unit which I could not do my work bc of this. 6. The tub in the bathroom is really high, I would suggest a step stool in the bathroom. Also indicate to turn the knob in the bathroom 3 times so you can get out. There were a few more items, but we can discuss them at another time. Thank you for your hospitality. Overall we did enjoy our stay.
