Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Leider sind da wohl einige Sachen nicht korrekt! Wir stellen ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung. Allerdings steht auch eine Waschmaschine kostenfrei zur Verfügung die man bei Bedarf nutzen kann. Das Apartment hat viele internationale Satellitenprogramme. Wir haben Ihnen extra eine TV-Box zur Verfügung gestellt die alle deutschen Fernsehprogramme empfangen kann. Ich finde es ehrlich gesagt, etwas undankbar eine solche Bewertung zu schreiben nachdem wir uns so bemüht haben! Ebenso verstehe ich nicht, warum man sich über eine Kaffeemaschine beschwert wenn diese ausgetauscht wurde! Wir haben viele Gäste, die die zentrale Lage und auch die Ruhe des Apartments innerhalb der Anlage zu schätzen wissen da das Apartment im sehr ruhigen hinteren Teil liegt.

Thank you for your review. Anyway, the review has nothing to do with the quality of this apartment. There was an error in the VRBO booking system, the original booking was in 2020 and was rescheduled twice as a courtesy due to the Covid pandemic. Unfortunately there was a synchronisation error in the dates, the booking was entered for 2021 instead of 2022. I regret this very much. As you know, we had a cancellation at short notice for another apartment, so we had the chance to offer you another apartment for the time. The statement that we overbooked the apartment is not correct. This is the first time something like this has happened to us (we have been renting 60 apartments since 2008).

Hi Tracey & Steve, thank you very much for your review. I am very sorry that check-in was so difficult. We had a new member of staff that day who (without any prior planning) had to do all the arrivals as two colleagues were ill. Unfortunately, the colleague did not have that much experience, which I regret very much. We ordered a new washing machine as soon as we found out that it was not working. Unfortunately, the electrical store only informed us after 3 days that the machine was currently sold out and was not available... we then ordered a washing machine from another shop. This was to be delivered 2 days later. On the day of the scheduled delivery, we received a call and were told that the driver had fallen ill with Covid and that the delivery would therefore be delayed again by 2 days. I am very sorry about all this, but it is beyond our control.... we would have gladly delivered the new washing machine to you immediately if we could have. I hope you enjoyed your stay anyway. By the way, the pool is normally heated, but apparently the community didn't turn the heating on because there were very few tourists there due to Covid.... You are always welcome to come back if you want.

Many thanks for the nice review. I am glad, that you like the apartment. I have sent someony to look for the bugs and spray something against it. I am sorry, that you had to wait for the check-in, at that day when you arrived my colleague was very busy, he had 4 arrival in the same hour (normally he don´t have that), I say sorry to let you wait.
