Isle of Palms Steps from the Beach, Great Family Location

Home is just steps from the beach and pool. Great location for families. Kitchen has granite countertops and island. Jenn-Air appliances with stainless refrigerator, flat stove top with downdraft and oven, Sharp drawer microwave and Bosch dishwasher. Flat screen TV's with cable in every bedroom, 46' Samsung flat screen in family room.

Bathrooms remodeled and updated, hardwoods in kitchen, dining room and family room, carpeting everywhere else.

Home is 250 steps from beach with both public and private accesses.

We supply 8 sets of towels and linens for each bed. We do supply beach towels however not beach chairs.

Please Note: summer rental week is for arrival after 4:00 Sunday and departure by 10:00 AM the following Sunday.

Such a comfortable home. Our family of six had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The decor was beachy but not tacky. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. It was an easy walk to and from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family of 5 beach vacation. The home itself is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were many books as well as some family games and puzzles. Although we did not use it, the pool was just a few steps from the home and looked nice. There is public and private beach access just a short walk from the home. Patriots Point and Charleston are about 20-30 minutes away, and we took a little trip to Fort Sumter while there. Ray was very communicative and provided all information needed prior to our visit including house information and procedures, beach rules, various rental options and restaurants (we tried IOPizza Company and The Boathouse...both very good!). We all had a great time!
