Our house is located in a very nice and quiet part of Rovinj, which is called Borik.
Apartment No. 1
It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed (king size), a living room with two couches (extra beds), a separate kitchen, bathroom, two terraces, satellite TV, air conditioning, parking space in the courtyard.
The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a pleasant holiday: bed linen, hand towels, tablecloths, tea towels, coffee machine, kettle toaster, washing machine ....

Rejects the booking after paying the money

I have booked this apartment for 2 days trip and paid the money. This room was reserved to me but owner wrote me that room is not free then asked my money to refund. He said that he won't my money which is around 300 €. This owner wrote me rudely that he doesn't pay back my money but lucky that I made the money transfer via Paypal otherwise these people steal our money. Beware of this apartment.

Tolle Lage, schönes Apartment, nette Vermieter!

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Die Vermieterin ist supernett, sehr tierlieb und diskret. Hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Lage ist unschlagbar, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommen sicher wieder :)
