CUVI Holiday House with Gardenis a 3star Apartment.It is located in Rovinj 2 kmfrom town centre and in 10minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 90m2 and terraceis40m2. It is located on floor: 1. The house is spread over 2 floors: ground floor + 1st floor. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the hallway on the first floorand the other air conditioner is located in the living room on the ground floor. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house. Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
