Time to relax - Wonderful apartment with balcony and fireplace

Location and leisure activities:
The apartment is located in the south of the picturesque Langwies in walking distance to the train station (about 2 minutes). In the center there is a village shop, which offers all necessary and regional products.
The apartment can be wonderfully used as a starting point for a variety of sporting activities. The nearby canyon invites you on an enchanting walk through the Prätschwald both in summer and in winter.
The area around Arosa, however, does not only make hiking hearts beat faster: Ski and snowboarders as well as mountain bikers get their money's worth.
If you do not shy away from driving, you can look forward to more breathtaking views. B. reward in the Rhine Gorge or Lake Cauma.


Domestic equipments:
The apartment offers space for four people with two bedrooms. The rear bedroom (marked with SZ2 in the floor plan) can only be reached via the balcony.
The open kitchen is extensively equipped (fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette set, espresso maker). The open fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere of the apartment. Free Wi-Fi and flat screen TV (in the living room) with satellite reception are also provided as standard.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and a hair dryer.
The balcony in southwestern orientation offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, which invites you in the summer to a wonderful breakfast on the balcony (table and 4 chairs available).
Also in the basement washer and dryer available, if this should be needed.


Ski resort Arosa-Lenzerheide:
The ski area is very varied with its 225 km of slopes and 41 cable cars. It is just for children and beginners very beginner friendly. But there are also challenges for the advanced and true experts, such as half-pipe and fun park as well as various black runs.
The ski area can be easily reached by train from Langwieser train station. The train station is just 130 meters from the apartment. Arrived in Arosa, it is only a few meters from the train station to the ticket office (and entrance to the ski area). The stops from Arosa to Langwies are included in the ski pass, so there are no additional costs for the train journey.

Tip: For early bookers, the operator of the ski area currently offers the "First Minute Deal", with which the ski passes can be purchased at a lower cost by up to 40%.

A parking space for a car is available. The apartment is also very easy to reach by train.
Bed linen can be provided for a fee of 12.50 Swiss Francs per bed (optional).
