The apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac location yet is only five minutes walk from the beach and Scharbeutzer center.

From the living room you can reach the furnished terrace and the well-tended garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Right next to the kitchenette is the large dining area. The couch invites you to linger together in the evening. The comfortable Coch with pull-out function serves as a sleeping place for two more people. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet as well as a towel radiator and a lighted mirror cabinet.

For entertainment in the evening, a large flat-screen TV with cable in the living room. The two bedrooms are also equipped with flat screen TVs. The Wi-Fi access is also part of Entertaimentpaket.
