What an exceptional stay this was! We booked our stay, for our son’s wedding. We were so comfortable, so relaxed. The furniture and beds were cozy. We were greeted warmly by our host. The view was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend.

It was everything we were hoping it would be! The host was great with communication and the property was lovely. We really enjoyed the back deck in the evenings while watching the sunset over the river!

The property has a lovely view of a tributary to the Chesapeake Bay and plentiful outdoor area. However the cottage had a very musty odor and the mattress and bedding were not particularly comfortable. The owners left a couple of bottles of wine which was nice. When we arrived I couldn't get into the unit because the owner had given me the wrong code for the door. That was resolved easily enough. The furniture is rather old and not very comfortable.

Beautifully situated on the water. Close to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. House was well equipped with dishes, towels, bedding, etc. Owner Ed was friendly- wine was a nice touch! Beautiful fenced in yard for our pup! Would stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The water views are breathtaking, and the massive deck and private dock made it the perfect place to relax from sunrise to sunset. The beautifully fenced yard was an added bonus and created a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy for us and my pup.The cottage truly had all the comforts of home. It was exceptionally well-stocked with everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to everyday essential which made our stay effortless and comfortable.If you’re looking for a beautiful waterfront getaway, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

We loved our stay at the cove! The house was well stocked and comfortable. The attention to detail was delightfully surprising- the dog bowls for our buddy and the welcome bottles of wine were appreciated and unexpected. The neighborhood was walkable and friendly. We had family visit during our stay and we had a great time playing in the water and the large yard. This stay is human and dog approved!
