Light-flooded apartment in Scandinavian style on the sundeck of the Baltic Sea.
This large modern furnished apartment is located in exclusive location of the luxury beach resort Marina Heiligenhafen overlooking the Baltic Sea and the charming lake. From here you have the shortest route to the beach and the modern pier, the new landmark of Heiligenhafen with its marine lounge, bathing deck and playgrounds for children.

The light flooded apartment on the 1st floor offers a spacious living room with modern integrated kitchen and a bedroom. The living room has two balconies. The large balcony facing the pier is partially covered and furnished with a table and comfortable chairs. The second balcony faces the lake and invites you to enjoy the sunset.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, fridge freezer, a dishwasher and everything needed in a good kitchen. A round dining table with designer furniture can accommodate the whole family. The cozy sitting area in the living room is equipped with leather furniture, TV wall with large flat screen TV, Bose 10 Internet / Bluetoth radio, Blu-Ray player and Wi-Fi. The leather sofa is easily hinged and usable as an additional comfortable double bed.
In the colder months, a Scandinavian stove provides comforting warmth and a cozy atmosphere.

The bright bedroom is designed restrained and allows you a relaxed sleep in high-quality box spring beds (suitable for allergy sufferers). The room can be darkened. It is next to a spacious closet with a desk, comfortable armchairs and a flat-screen TV and a stereo system.

The modern bathroom offers comfort with floor-level shower and underfloor heating. You also have a washing machine, ironing board and a spacious storage room for suitcases and the like. to disposal. Immediately in front of the house is a private parking space and a closed room for bicycles.
