Our modern, bright apartment in an exclusive location is located directly at the marina. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the Graswarder nature reserve and the Baltic Sea to the Fehmarnsund bridge. The lovingly furnished apartment on the 2nd Floor with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies is just 300 meters from the beautiful beach. After an extended walk on the beach, you have the opportunity to relax in the cozy seating area by the fireplace or in the sauna.

Furnishing:
The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dining table for 4 people. A high chair and cutlery for your little ones are also available. In the living room there is a leather couch, 2 modern swivel armchairs, flat screen TV, WiFi, blue ray DVD player, a stereo with CD player, and a high quality designer fireplace.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.40 x 2.00 m). A large flat screen TV is also available in the larger bedroom. Both bedrooms, which are located on the side facing away from the marina, ensure a good night's sleep thanks to blackout pleated blinds and an electronic roof window blind. A children's travel bed is also available.
The shower room is equipped with underfloor heating, a towel warmer, walk-in shower with rain shower and a combined washer-dryer.
Immediately opposite the bathroom is the cozy sauna with light spruce wood furnishings.
The apartment also has a parking space right outside the front door. A communal storage room, u. a. for bicycles, is available on the ground floor.

Location and surroundings:
The apartment is located in the picturesque Marina Strand Resort in Heiligenhafen, directly at the marina. The inland lake with a newly created sandy beach is just a few meters away. On the way to the approx. 300 m distant Baltic Sea beach with adventure pier, smaller shops on the pier promenade invite you to stroll. The quaint old town with numerous restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
A wide range of leisure and recreational opportunities for young and old with surfing, sailing, hiking, mini golf, cycling, boat and fishing trips and much more makes Heiligenhafen with its unique natural landscape a special holiday experience.
