Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our spacious 77 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor/mezzanine level, featuring a northwest-facing balcony and a view of the dunes. This comfortable accommodation in the “Dünengras” building offers plenty of space for couples, friends, and families with teenagers, and features modern amenities and a pleasant living atmosphere.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax with its cosy sofa nook and flat-screen TV. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats four people for shared meals and social gatherings. The fully equipped kitchenette features an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—ideal for an independent holiday.
From the living room, you can step directly onto the balcony and enjoy the view of the dune landscape. The large bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom with two single beds and a spacious closet offer a restful night’s sleep.
The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, glass partition, and washing machine, provides additional comfort. An in-house water softener rounds out the special amenities.
A private parking space in the underground garage is also available to you.

Vorab die Wohnung is...

Vorab die Wohnung ist schön. Allerdings fehlt hier im Küchenbereich einiges im Inventar. kein Litermaß, kein ausreichendes Sieb. Ein bißchen wenig Teller. Die Stühle im Eßbereich, nicht bequem. Sofa und Matratzen sollten evtl. mal ersetzt werden.

Wunder schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist einfach super. Die Lage ist einfach wunderschön. Leider kommt sie auch in die Jahre. Es fehlt schon an einigen Stellen Farbe. Die Kissen auf der Couch werden langsam gelb. In der Küche sind die Bratpfannen verbeult und es fehlt einiges an Kochwerkzeug. Für so eine schöne und hochpreisige Wohnung ist es sehr schade. Daher nur vier Sterne

Lage,Lage,Lage

Wir waren schon mehrfach in der Wohnung und langsam müssen die Besitzer aufpassen dass sie mehr tun. Geschirr ist nicht mehr vollzählig und ziemlich zusammen gewürfelt , 2 Töpfe und 2 Pfannen ist auch nicht besonders viel, ein Schneidebrett fehlte völlig Ein Smart TV sollte heutzutage Standard sein. Die Wohnung ist immer noch höherer Standard, aber man muss aufpassen nicht abzufallen. Die Vermietungsagentur ist nach wie vor top und excellent.
