Sand Dollar is a clean, comfortable townhome focused on location, simplicity, ease, and relaxed beach living. Being so close to the beach means sand is part of the experience, we appreciate guests rinsing off at the pool shower before entering the home.
-As with most coastal homes, occasional bugs may be present due to the tropical climate. The property is professionally treated for your comfort.
-Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.
-This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind inside the home will result in a minimum $500 fee.
★HOUSE RULES★
This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.
☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vape). If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
☞︎ No pets allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to HOA regulations. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.
☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 21 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.
☞︎ Please do not use Flushable Wipes. We have good plumbing but it is older and it does not handle flushable wipes well. Clogged toilets due to flushable wipes will result in a plumbing service charge of $250, with an additional $250 if the services are required after hours.
☞︎ Use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
☞︎ No parties are allowed.
☞︎ No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am.
☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 6 people (maximum 4 adults). Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.
☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.
☞︎ If an item is left behind, we're happy to help return it. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.
☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.
