This gulf front unit is located at 8000 Surf Drive on the highly sought after East End of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to Alibi Beach Lounge & Grill, Liza's Kitchen, Finn's Island Style Grub, Mr. Surf's, & Pho Express Noodles, and just a short drive to Ripley's Believe it or Not, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Wonderworks, Race City, pontoon rentals & more!

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, featuring updated stainless-steel appliances and a living area with pullout sofa and fabulous beach views. The bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and also has views of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters. Wash off the salt and sand after a day at the beach in Oceanna's convenient outdoor shower and take a dip in the swimming pool while grilling out watching the sunset. This unit is a great, affordable option for families on a budget, wanting to disconnect, or for those who enjoy PCB the way it was back in "the good ol' days!" (There is a coin-operated laundry facility located across the street in the main building.)

Pros- location, view out of the window, linens were soft and clean, kitchen was nice and had normal sized appliances, as well as an ice maker. Cons-had issues with some of the electrical outlets and our cords would not stay plugged in and would fall out, sofa was a sleeper sofa so wasn’t the most comfortable to sit on. There was a comfortable chair in the living room also.

Awesome location, on the beach! Property was as described! Privacy!! Only thing we had a problem with is that we were never able to obtain any of the free activities after multiple email attempts and even a phone call. This was thru the company that supplies the tickets and not thru the owner of the condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay for 2 people. Condo was beautifully done. It is located on the first floor closest to beach with an accessible balcony above it for an even better view (not that the front window isn't awesome). We met several owners during our stay and they were all extremely friendly and helpful. For some of the best food we had on this trip, Alibi's Beach Lounge is just steps behind you. The only issue (minor inconvenience at best) would be more shelves for folded clothes. Plenty of room for hanging though. But honestly, with this location, all you need is a bathing suit, umbrella and a beach chair. Flip flops optional to walk to lunch. I only mention this for people needing their TV (instead of the clearly indicated in the literature, you'll need you're own hotspot. We chose the view.
