Dream stay

It was the nicest rental we’ve stayed in in the past eight years. It was appointed with very upscale pots pans the kitchen was as nice as my kitchen at home we lacked for nothing. We have already booked our trip for next year.

Absolutely Amazing Property

Our stay was fantastic. Anja was wonderful to deal with, she was helpful and responsive. The home is absolutely beautiful. The location is close to everything I can’t say enough good things about this property other than you’ll be so glad you chose this home for your next vacation !!! Hurricane Ian

Went back and forth trying to decide to cancel due to hurricane damage. Property owner assured us that there was no damage to property with the exception of some screening on the Lanai. The area was devastated by the hurricane including most of the houses in the area. We were very fortunate, but also felt bad for the neighbors who were cleaning and repairing the damages while we were enjoying our house and pool. We have rented from the Core Villa group in the past and were again pleased with the property. Had an issue with the A/C but the manager was very prompt and had it corrected in a very timely fashion.

Spring break 2022

Our stay was perfect. We were given information from the moment we signed to after we left. The house was is great condition, it was clean and well cared for. There were plenty of things to do at the house and recommendations from the owners. We would 100% stay here again.

we LOVED the house, it is gorgeous, clean, well maintained and the backyard pool was wonderful.

Loved the location, the canal and the pool. My family was in the pool all day night and loved having the boat right outside your backyard. My family consisted of young adults (30+) and loved it, the location as well. Anyone at any age would enjoy this beautiful relaxing home - has everything you need for a vacation

Villa Asthetic

This home was just Perfect! It was very spacious and definitely a 5 star accommodation. It has generous king sized bedrooms with an amazing pool and spa. The canal access was lovely and we took the kayaks out for a spin directly from our dock. We were not brave enough to rent a boat but definitely will the next time as there is a lift right on the property. Best home for a lovely vacation!
