Welcome to this newer, thoughtfully designed, and energy-efficient resort getaway at the new 55+ Del Webb community in Rancho Mirage. The home optimizes your outdoor living experience with a landscaped desert garden and a walkway leading to a Spa/Pool with mountain views. The interior has a pleasing aesthetic with generous windows and natural lighting throughout, and the garage is complete with a 220-amp circuit for electric car charging.

Amenities include an elevated clubhouse with panoramic views and free coffee/tea in the mornings, community pools and spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and walking trails all throughout the community. You’ll also be within 2-3 miles of shopping, eateries, and entertainment venues.

NOTE: The main person on the lease must be 55+. Any additional tenant can be a spouse of any age, or must be 45+ if not a spouse. Children can occupy as visitors only. Passes are issued for gate access, guests who wish to have automated access at the guard gate will need to purchase a $50 transponder sticker which is provided for 1 car only.

GAS UTILITY DEPOSIT FOR SPA/POOL: The owners will cover the first $200 of the gas utility bill and collect a refundable deposit of $200 per 30-days to go toward any overages, with the remaining amount being refunded after your departure. Use of the Spa/Pool is optional, and will not be accessible without the deposit.

Rancho Mirage 30 day stay

It is a great home in a great private gated community. Very clean, yard and spa maintenance was all taken care of. Ron was a great host and got everything taken care of.
