Welcome to this thoughtfully designed resort getaway at the 55+ Del Webb community in Rancho Mirage. The home optimizes your outdoor living experience with a landscaped desert garden and a walkway leading to a small saltwater plunge pool with mountain views. The interior has a pleasing aesthetic with generous windows and an abundance of natural lighting throughout, and the garage is complete with a 220-amp circuit for electric car charging.

Amenities include an elevated clubhouse with panoramic views, community pools and spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and walking trails all throughout the community. You’ll also be within 2-3 miles of popular shopping, eateries, and entertainment venues.

NOTE: The main person on the lease must be 55+. Any additional tenant can be a spouse of any age, or must be 45+ if not a spouse. Children can occupy as visitors only. Passes are issued for gate access, and guests who wish to have automated access at the guard gate will need to purchase a $50 transponder sticker which is provided for 1 car only. For guests who wish to use the small private pool, the owners will cover the first $200 of the gas utility bill and collect a refundable $200 per month deposit to cover any overage.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. If they don’t all fit, rinse the remaining dishes and leave them in the sink. Remove garbage/recyclables and place them in the respective bins.
It is not required that you wash towels bed linens at the time of your departure, please leave those items for the cleaning crew.
Leave the keys and garage remotes on the kitchen counter. Exit the house through the garage using the keypad code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

For pets, dogs only. Must be small, well-behaved, non-shedding breeds. Instant bookings will be cancelled if the pet(s) do not fit this requirement.
